Mark Toussaint founded Tax and Accounting Services Company, Inc. ("TASC") in 2003. Prior to this, he had worked at the renowned Big 4 Accounting Firm Arthur Andersen. Recognizing the need for affordable and reliable services for emerging businesses, Mark aimed to fill this gap. He understood that these businesses often struggled with limited resources and the challenges of coordinating service providers to fulfill their needs. By leveraging experience and expertise, Mark aimed to provide comprehensive solutions tailored to each client's needs. Through his meticulous oversight and commitment to excellence, he transformed TASC into a trusted partner for high-performing businesses, helping them thrive and succeed.

You'll receive regular requests for source documents these are financial statements, receipts, and other documents that support your transactions an are a basis for developing your accounting ledgers. Sharing information can be direct through your banks, lenders, and even vendors or through secure file uploads of document copies. We strive to make the process easy for you and you will have your own private document center.
